FAQ

Is this the right class for me?
BLS is typically required for healthcare providers (CNA, RN, EMT, dental, clinic/hospital staff, etc.). If you’re looking for a general public CPR/AED/First Aid course, book CPR, AED, & First Aid instead.

What should I bring?
Anything you’d like to take notes with. Dress comfortably—you’ll be practicing hands-on skills.

Are restrooms and water available on site?
Yes. Restrooms are available on-site, and there’s a water refill station—feel free to bring a water bottle.

Will we be practicing skills during class?
Yes—BLS includes hands-on practice and skill testing. You may be kneeling and bending down on the floor during CPR practice. If you have any physical limitations or concerns, please reach out before class so we can discuss modifications and accommodations.

Do you offer blended learning for BLS?
Yes—blended learning is available as an option. When you book blended learning with us, you’ll receive the online course content within 24 hours of registration. After you complete the online portion, you’ll meet for a 1-hour in-person skills session at our location to practice and complete your required skills check.
